Need help figuring out how much to pay your employees? Just drop off, fax or email us the timesheets and we can calculate all the proper taxes and deductions as required by law. We’ll give you back paystubs for distribution with the paychecks to your employees.
Checkbook Spreading & Reconciliation
Having trouble keeping your checkbook register balanced, or just don’t have the time? We can help with that, too. When you get your bank statement each month in the mail, bring it in with your checkbook and we can keep you updated on your balance each month. This also keeps us up to date on your income and expenses for year-end taxes.
Accounts Payable
Do you keep getting billed late fees on your bills? Let us pay your bills for you. Unless otherwise directed, we pay bills in priority order and based on due date. Assuming enough funds are available for payments to be made, you should no longer see late fees on your monthly bills or bounced check / overdraft fees from your bank. If you are paying bank service fees for bounced checks each month, this service usually ends up paying for itself in just the first month.
Invoicing
We offer invoicing services based on time and materials and based off of handwritten notes from our clients. Wehther you need help with all the figures or just to look professional, we can help!
On-Site Bookkeeping
Want to keep your bookkeeping on site but want us to help? No problem. We’ll come out to your home / office and work on your computer to keep your books up to date and your reports filed on time. This service is billed out at a higher hourly rate to accommodate travel time and expenses.

Notary
